Supplier terms

Supplier Partnerships

Lagoon Hospitality works with trusted manufacturing partners, including our joint venture with MJ Textiles and manufacturing units in Karachi and Faisalabad, Pakistan, as well as raw material suppliers.

Quality and Compliance

All suppliers must adhere to strict quality assurance protocols, ranging from yarn testing to final production standards, and align with ethical manufacturing practices including BSCI participation and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements where applicable.

Specifications and Orders

Purchase orders issued to suppliers specify exact dimensions, weaving types (such as Jacquard, Dobby, Leno, and Dropbox shuttles), and custom protocols agreed upon for our hotel and hospital linen lines.

Communication

Suppliers must coordinate operational schedules and deliveries with our offices in Ajman (New Industrial Area) and Deira, Dubai, UAE, or directly with our manufacturing facilities as directed.
