Our set-up is an integrated manufacturing system. The buildings are designed to include the safety features required by international social compliance standards such as OEKO-TEX and the BSCI audit, and the facility is run by skilled workers under qualified professionals.
The unit has 700 looms — handlooms, power looms and shuttleless looms — with Jacquard, Dobby, Leno and Dropbox shuttles in four colour options. This lets us weave plain fabrics, dobby checks, satin weave, jacquard with two- and three-beam options, and rangoli.
In-house dyeing, printing and stitching let us customise colours and sizes to each customer's specification. Dedicated teams follow trends, plan and develop new products.
